Smart Office Plus Now Free At GetJar Gold For Holidays!

SmartOffice+ Banner via GetJar

Under normal circumstances, SmartOffice+ (or Smart Office Plus) will run you about $9.99 to buy from the Android Market or from the Amazon Appstore.

GetJar Gold has just released it as one of their premium apps offered for free through the holidays.

SmartOffice+ is not the highest rated Android office suite, but it is much better than the other free alternatives that either operate as a read-only solution (no edit or create capabilities) or as just an unfriendly feature lacking interface.

If you are bound and determined not to pay for an office suite on your device, Smart Office Plus is more than good enough.

If you want “top of the line”, you probably want to stick with OfficeSuite Pro 5, Quickoffice Pro, or Documents to Go. These will all run you at least $9.99, however.

New Gmail2Tasks App Helps You Get Things Done – Free For Life Offer On Right Now!

Get Things Done!

Gmail => Tasks (Gmail2Tasks) is a new app on the Android Market that allows you to immediately add any message in Gmail from any Gmail folder or account on your phone to the corresponding account’s Google Tasks list. Its pretty sweet!

I get many emails a day, and I have often wished that the default Gmail application on the LG Optimus V had an “add to Google Tasks” button to help remind me to take care of certain important emails. Gmail => Tasks is that “button”.

If you do not already use Google Tasks, it is worth a look. I do most of my other business in Google as it is, and Google Tasks is just one more way to centralize everything. It is just a simple to-do interface with little satisfying check boxes to mark when a task is done. Try it out! It’s already in your Gmail account right above your “Compose Mail” button.

Thanks to the developer offering a special deal, you will be able to snag this premium app for free – Read On!
