Ten Sweet Apps For 10 Cents Each – Google’s 10 Billion Promo At The Android Market
Got a Dollar?
If you have just one dollar, you can get 10 premium apps from the Android Market with Google’s “10 Billion Promo”. 10 Billion Downloads of Android Apps is a huge milestone for the Android Market, and Google wants to celebrate.
!0 Days, 10 new Apps a Day, 10 Cents Each. This means just $10 = 100 premium paid apps on the Android Market.
Each paid premium app is only 10 cents — that’s right — just a dime!
From the Official Google Blog
To celebrate this milestone, we partnered with some of the Android developers who contributed to this milestone to make a bunch of great Android apps available at an amazing price. Starting today for the next 10 days, we’ll have a new set of awesome apps available each day for only 10 cents each.
Today, we are starting with Asphalt 6 HD, Color & Draw for Kids, Endomondo Sports Tracker Pro, Fieldrunners HD, Great Little War Game, Minecraft, Paper Camera,Sketchbook Mobile, Soundhound Infinity and SwiftKey X.

Already Own Them From Another Market?
Some of these apps have been offered for free either as one day wonders at Amazon or part of the Gold Getjar promo, which means that you may already own these apps in some form or another.
That is great — BUT — I highly recommend purchasing these apps so that you have them coming from the Android Market where security is a priority and the apps come with updates (and in my personal experience, it seems like developers tend to update their Market apps before the Amazon ones – GetJar does not even get updates).

Try The Free GnarBike Trials If You Love Xbox’s Trials HD
I have a few friends who are obssessed with the Xbox arcade game Trials HD. If you are one of these people that love the motorbike crash dummy puzzle experience, then you REALLY need to take a look at GnarBike Trials game on the Android Market.
It is completely free, and I am really impressed. It even has a level editor like the Xbox game. It comes with 30 built in levels and leaderboards so that you can show up all of your friends.
Have fun out there! Rock That!

Quell Is Worth A Download With GetJar Gold’s Zero Dollar Pricetag
GetJar and I are really starting to get along. I never really thought of them as a major player, but their GetJar Gold promotion has me visiting them several times a week where I used to visit them maybe once a month — maybe.
As I find apps that are among their paid apps for free program that I really like, I’ll talk about them a bit.
Today’s app I want to point out is called Quell. It is a simple puzzle game that is actually pretty fun. If you look at the screenshots for Quell, you may at first feel underwhelmed. I was.
My first encounter with Quell actually happened on the HP Touchpad (which is totally awesome, by the way) last week, and I am really impressed with it. Some games do not seem worth playing right out of the gate, but once started are hard to put down.
Quell is one of those games. The levels are short and sweet lending to those who just want a “quickie” break.
The long and short of it is that you should give it a shot on your phone because it is free over at GetJar with no strings attached! Or you could go pay a buck for it over at the Android Market.
As always, I’ll let you choose
