Guest Posting

If you are intersted in writing a guest post for one of our network sites, including this one, please use our contact form.

All Guest Posts must comply with the following criteria:

1. Guest Posts must be original works that have not been previously published onany website, forum, chat or social media site.
2. Content must be your own work. Plagiarism or copyright infringement is notpermitted.
3. When quoting others, please cite the source.
4. Once the post has been submitted to Rock That Mobile you may not publish the post anywhereonline, in part or in whole, including your own website.
5. You may promote your Guest Post on your own website, Twitter, Facebook, orother social media forums.
6. Please keep your submission between 150 and 800 words. Longer posts are permitted so long as the content is relevant.
7. Guest Post writer may submit a short bio (50 words or less) if one is to be included. Writer may provide a photo but it is not guaranteed to be included. Rock That Mobile will not create a bio for Guest Post writer.
8. Guest Posts shall not include any affiliate links.
9. Rock That Mobile reserves the right to add its own affiliate links where appropriate.
10. The Guest Post writer shall not be entitle to any compensation for writing the postor for any revenue generated from affiliate links, if included.
11. Guest Posts shall include images/video under the following circumstances:
    a. The Guest Post writer must be the copyright holder of the image/video orthe image/video must be licensed under an appropriate creative commonslicense or in the public domain.
    b. Rock That Mobile reserves the right to change the image/video
    c. If people are included in the image/video, the Guest Post writer must provide written release allowing use of likeness
    d. Any image/video submitted must be specifically related to the post
    e. Images/video may be no larger than 8MB
    f. Images must be horizontal in orientation. All images shall have proper attribution. Rock That Mobile reserves the right to deny or remove any image/video it deems inappropriate or contrary to the values of the Rock That Mobile website.
12. Guest Post writers will receive the writing credit as author of their post.
13. All guest posts will receive at least one (1) link to the writer’s website and one (1) link will be provided to the author’s Facebook and/or Twitter. If the writer has no profile for linking, only the name will be provided.
14. Rock That Mobile will amplify the Guest Post on a variety of social media networks, but doesnot guarantee any particular site or reach.
15. Rock That Mobile does not permit links to the writer’s website within the post unless it is directlyrelated and relevant to the topic.
16. Links to third-party sites shall be approved by Rock That Mobile, and must be relevant to the topic.
17. All SEO’d anchor text or tags will be reviewed and subject to inclusion at the discretion of Rock That Mobile.
18. Excessive links or links that appear to be affiliate or spam will be removed at thediscretion of Rock That Mobile.
19. All Guest Posts will be reviewed and approved by Rock That Mobile prior to posting.
20. Rock That Mobile reserves the right to edit posts where necessary to ensure the post isconsistent with the values of Rock That Mobile.
21. Rock That Mobile will review any material changes made prior to publication.
22. Rock That Mobile reserves the right to refuse publication or remove the guest post without prior notice to the guest writer.
23. By providing a Guest Post to Rock That Mobile, you agree you are not becoming part of the website nor shall you hold yourself out to be a member of the Rock That Mobile website.
24. Rock That Mobile reserves the right to refuse publication of any post that appears to have been submitted for the purpose of advertising a business or service. Rock That Mobile charges for sponsored posts and advertising and arrangements can be made by contacting us at rockthatmobile@gmail.com
